Some of the fabric collections are also
available as a pre-selected fat quarter bundle.

A TRIP AROUND THE COLOR WHEEL!

As you spin the color wheel, please realize that

all fabrics on the pages have been
assigned color identities based on their color HUE. There are three primary...red, blue & yellow and three secondary…green, orange & violet/purple, colors, plus black, white & beige. You will find tints, tones and shades of each based on the HUE. Tertiary colors, the six colors that are the result of mixing a primary color with the secondary color on one side or the other are assigned to the Hue they most closely reflect.

Looking for Pink? Is it Rose or Fushia? Tints of red will be pink. Tints of red-violet which is found with purple will also be pink. Maybe you need turquoise or teal. Usually these two colors are more blue, where as jade is more green. What about rust? It's most likely a shade of orange. And brown? It could be shade of yellow-orange or even a muddy yellow-green. According to color theory, brown is really a mix of orange and blue. To help you visualize these colors, grab a box of 24 crayons (because there aren't as many to look through) and pull out the 12 colors of the color wheel, plus black, white and brown. I also included the green-yellow and the violet-red! It is truly amazing...this Wonderful World of Color!!
