FAQ... Do you send samples?You may order a single fat quarter for $2.50. This is a desirable option for large-scale prints or if you are unsure about matching colors.

Yes, we would be happy to select possible options for you. If you require approval before shipping we would  then send fat quarters as detailed above.

Method of Payment
All Prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa & Mastercard which are processed in store. Your credit card will be charged the day that you order is shipped. If you would prefer, you may call our toll-free number 866-563-3505 and we will be glad to take your order payment information over the phone, or you may send a money order via postal service. Sales tax will be charged to Indiana residents.

Privacy and Security
Protecting your privacy is a promise. We absolutely do not sell or share our customer information. All credit card information is encrypted for security.

All fabrics offered through our web site are top quality, 100% cotton, first-run print goods from the most reputable fabric companies in the industry…even the "bargain" fabrics. If you should ever find any of your selections to be less than expected we will make every effort to satisfy your wishes through either an exchange or refund.

Returns
Returns for incorrect or defective fabric will gladly and promptly be refunded provided that the goods are in the original condition that they were received. Any fabric that has been washed or cut is not returnable unless a defective condition exists by the manufacturer. Returns MUST be received within 15 days of the shipping date of your order and be accompanied with the receipt. Publications such as books and patterns cannot be returned due to copyright laws.  Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you order fabric or any other item, decide that you have changed your mind, and wish to return the goods, within the limitations described above, your return will be accepted, less a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the fabric/item.

Shipping Service
Orders will be shipped within two business days. If for any reason this schedule must be altered you will be notified by email.

USPS Priority Mail is our customary shipping method for US destinations with delivery confirmation for all orders over $20.00. Postage will not be charged on orders over $100.00 that are mailed to US addresses.

International Orders will be shipped via First Class International AirMail, unless another carrier is requested.  Actual Postage will be charged and the amount will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. First orders will be sent for ONE-HALF the actual Cost of Shipping. Insurance must also be requested and will be added to the charge.  We can provide proof of shipments, however we cannot be responsible for their delivery. Please consider Insurance for orders you do not want lost!
