Many times fabric goes out the door and we never see what it becomes!!
It was a real treat to receive this photo from our long time
quilting friend in England.

Helen is a subscriber to our “Charm Square” mailing service
and has used the variety of prints that we have been
mailing to her in this quilt!!!

Helen stitched this quilt for her Grandson who in now attending university.
She made lots and lots of half square triangles
and put it together in six days with a lot of arm
and shoulder pain!  As she was making it so quickly there wasn’t
time to fuss about the placement of colours, but it all worked very well!!

She had it quilted on a long arm machine all over and then
went all over in the ditch.
Her grandson was very pleased with it.

We were all Amazed at how well the prints all worked together to create such a Colourful QUilt!!

August has arrived and I get to stay home for a few weeks!! and Catch Up!

In June we did squeeze in a weekend trip to OHIO
for a family gathering and of course Jack went too!!
Aunt Gerrilu planned an outing for Jack to enjoy…
A trip to “The FARM at Walnut Creek” and of course,
no trip to Holmes County is complete without a stop by

the Coblentz Chocolate shop at Walnut Creek too!

Colors Gone Wild Girls!!!

What a Year for the History Book!! Last Minute Changes did not deter the many folks who made their annual pilgrimage to the river town! LOTS of RAIN and LOTS of Quilts and LOTS of Shopping!!

At the Antique Quilt Show sponsored by the Rotary Club of Paducah We were High and mostly dry!!!
